How to Play:

  • Provide students with a short, secular Easter story (e.g., about an Easter bunny delivering eggs or a springtime adventure).

  • Students must arrange the story in the correct order and write a sentence or paragraph explaining why their order makes sense.

Modifications:

  • Low-Level: Provide picture-based sequencing cards or sentence starters.

  • Average-Level: Give students scrambled sentences instead of full paragraphs.

  • High-Level: Have students write their own short Easter story and then swap with a partner to sequence it correctly.

  • Drop the items in one at a time and discuss the results!

Modifications:

  • Low-Level: Focus on simple yes/no predictions and basic observations.
